The National Print Solutions Coordinator is responsible for quote to delivery for existing and new customers. Working in a dynamic team environment with internal & external partners to provide details and coordinate a seamless delivery providing exceptional customer experience is the primary focus.

This position reports to the Director, Inside Sales


  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the order from quote to delivery
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders to provide proactive status updates & highlight possible delays
  • Works closely with Managed Print Director, as well as organizations related to the support of print (Delivery Manager, Logistics, Configuration, etc...)
  • Co-ordinate and schedule the receipt of product from the supplier to Compugen or direct to customer site(s)
  • Negotiate freight and timelines with suppliers or White Glove Services (SCI)
  • Proactively verify client’s order at various stages through the process, to ensure delivery meets client’s timeline
  • Management of rollouts to various destinations across Canada, when required
  • Ensure Project Planners have advance notice of shipments to ensure techs arrive on time
  • Provide support and input on process enhancements


  • A philosophy that customer service is important above all and an ability to resolve customer needs in innovative and effective manners is the key success factor of this role
  • Experience in the IT industry is required and having knowledge of print is an asset
  • Working with Industry leaders such as HPi, Xerox, Lexmark, Epson an asset
  • Understanding of supply chain models & processes
  • Conduct research and exercise good business judgment
  • Knowledge of process improvement – Identify root cause and solution
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities/projects, meet deadlines and responsibilities
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels within the organization and with customers
  • Experience working in a VAR or distribution channel experience would be beneficial
  • A strong desire to grow and develop in the role and beyond
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Post-Secondary education or equivalent work experience
